Flowers (illness) returned to practice Monday, Jamison Hensley of ESPN.com reports.

Analysis: Flowers reportedly got off to a strong start at training camp last week before missing a few practices due to a stomach bug. He's back after a few days and will continue competing for a role in a WR room that includes Odell Beckham, Rashod Bateman (foot), Nelson Agholor and Devin Duvernay.

Analysis: The Ravens have had a number of players not participating in the early portions of training camp due to various reasons, but it seems as if the 2023 first-round pick simply was dealing with an illness that shouldn't sideline him too much longer. Flowers will aid a dramatically different receiving group from last season that sees the arrival of veterans Odell Beckham and Nelson Agholor along with the potential return of Rashod Bateman (foot) and stud incumbent Mark Andrews.

Making strong early impression

Flowers (undisclosed) participated in Tuesday's minicamp practice, Clifton Brown of the Ravens' official site reports.

Analysis: Flowers missed some time during the team's OTAs due to what head coach John Harbaugh said was a "minor tweak." However, according to Brown, the 2023 first-round pick ran routes crisply and showed no sign of discomfort while working in Tuesday's session. Looking ahead, the rookie out of Boston College has an opportunity to become a key cog in a Baltimore pass-catching corps that will also feature fellow wideouts Rashod Bateman (foot) and Odell Beckham, along with star tight end Mark Andrews.
